When you submit the "Report a Claim" form on this site, we collect the information you enter: first and last name, email address, phone number, date of loss, and claim details. If you opt in to SMS, we also record that consent. We do not ask for or knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this form — please do not include that kind of information in the claim details field.

This site does not use its own tracking cookies for advertising. It does use the following third-party tools:

• Google Analytics (gtag.js) — collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) to help us understand site traffic. Google's own privacy practices govern this data; see Google's privacy policy for details.
• Form submissions (Netlify Forms) — when you submit the claim form, the data is delivered to our hosting provider, Netlify, and forwarded to our agency for follow-up.

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your claim or inquiry and, if you've opted in, to send you SMS updates about your account. We do not sell your information to third parties.

You can request that we delete information you've submitted, or ask what we have on file, by contacting the agency directly using the information below.
