Jennifer Raya-Gonzalez - Farmers Insurance is committed to making this website usable for as many visitors as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, and people who navigate by keyboard alone.

What We've Done

• Provided a "skip to content" link at the top of every page for keyboard users.
• Written descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
• Made the mobile navigation menu operable by keyboard, including closing it with the Escape key.
• Used semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, footer, nav) so assistive technology can identify page regions.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. We periodically review the site and welcome feedback on specific barriers you encounter, so we can prioritize fixes.

Limitations

We can't yet guarantee every page meets a specific conformance level (such as WCAG 2.1 AA) in full. If you run into a page or feature that doesn't work well with your assistive technology, please let us know using the contact information below and we'll do our best to address it.
